I’m a Brighton based illustrator, originally from Dorset. I spend my days drawing in my bright little studio, swimming in the sea (even in winter!), hiking in the Sussex downs, and reading as many books as I can get my paws on. My work is mainly focused on nature and the environment, and I like to explore themes such as the human relationship with the animals and the natural world. I get excited by intesnse black and white detail, bright bold collage, and strong, funny character design. I graduated from the University of Sussex in 2014 and from Camberwell College of Arts in 2018.
Clients include: Little, Brown Book Group; September Publishing; Bad Betty Press, and Cunning Folk Magazine. Most recent projects include illustrating ‘Rooted’ by Lyanda Lynn Haupt, published by Little, Brown in Spring 2021.
Instagram is the best way to follow my work as it evolves on a daily basis. Feel free to email me if you have any ideas or questions. I’m also a member of the Draw The Line Collective, a group of seven strong and sassy female Camberwell graduates, who share our talents through exhibiting together, running workshops, and all-in-all supporting each others’ endeavors.
